Nonspecific back pain is one of the most common reasons for inability to work in employed people. Insurees of DAK Gesundheit affected by frequently inability to work were offered two prevention measues, which are evaluated multimodally in a randomized design. The ISMHRS is responsible for the organization and analysis of repeated questionaire based insurees survey, in which intervention and control groups are asked about pain, health-related quality of life and restrictions in everyday life.
